This is in regards to you location at 1797 Joshuas Path, Central Islip, NY 11722. This is just completely insane. I called up about a half hour ago that would be 1/23/2017 @ 12:30am. I had read on Amazon that speedway participates in their program in which you can go to speedway to add money to your amazon account. So I called up to ask about it just to make sure before I went in. When I called your employee picked up the phone and screamed "hello!" then I proceeded in asking him my question. He said "what" several times. Then he started saying "I don't have time for this" I repeated myself and he just yelled in an extremely angry voice "I don't know!" So I started to ask him how do I find out than he started mumbling something I couldn't make out also as he did that it sounded like he was completely loosing it banging on things as loud as he could. Then just said "I don't have time for this crap" and flat out hung up on me. I tried to call back a few time just got a voice mail so I left a message describing just this. So I rang it a few more months ago message just to see if I could get the man on the phone. Last time I tried he picked up and I'm hoping he knew it was me with caller ID cause without even saying hello he started screaming loud enough I had to take the phone from my ear "I have no answers for you! Leave me alone! I do not have time for this f@#*ing crap!" This is insane you'd have someone working for your company that would treat your customers like that. I've worked in retail most of my life and never heard such a thing. Maybe from a young kid but this sounded like a grown man. I obviously will never go back there again for anything. In fact I will never go to any of your stores again seeing as no one seems to care at all about customer service. This man obviously does not belong working around the public. It's also a very small chance I'm the first person he has snapped on for no reason at all. I also sent this story in to speedway corporate. I just so angry about it I wanted to put it here for all to see.
My favorite gas station. I can use credit same price as debit. And the food is good. Great deals on drinks and always a special on candy at the counter. Love the rewards system
